Sheila Hurst is our team's efficiency expert. Previously holding licenses in both Indiana and Florida, she has a deep knowledge of the inner workings of a transaction.

Sheila picks up the file once the the offer is complete and she facilitates every step through closing. She arranges inspections, appraisals, communicates with all of the involved parties and manages the necessary tasks needed to provide a smooth transaction. Andee Dowd obtained her real estate license in 2006 and started her career at that time. Andee joined our team in the fall of 2009. While she has strong selling skills, she prefers to be involved in the administrative end of the business. She does an incredible job of keeping the office organized and functioning smoothly. Cheryl began her career working in corporate real estate for one of the top producing companies in the Indianapolis area. While there she managed all interactive media, including their web site, created online marketing tools, created and published original marketing pieces and supported a large network of technology users.

Cheryl also has experience as an advertising agency web designer, and worked as a sales representative for a corporate real estate market research firm.

With her strong corporate background, Cheryl bring with her a dynamic marketing plan and a commitment to accuracy.
